Blackjack switch is a blackjack variant which allows the player to do what is normally considered a classic cheating manoeuver, trading cards between two hands. The player must make two bets of equal size and is allowed to switch the second card dealt to each hand. Of course nothing comes free, a dealer 22 results in a push and blackjacks pay even money. Currently the game is played at Playtech Internet casinos and various casinos in Las Vegas and Russia.
Fancy cheating a bit? Well, blackjack switch offers you a few moves that would usually be classified as cheating in a standard game by trading cards between two hands, hence the name. The rules of this game will vary from casino to casino so it is advisable to check them out first before playing, but here is a general outline of what to expect:
* 6-8 decks of standard playing cards
* Player has 2 bets of equal size
* Cards are dealt facing upwards
* Player may switch cards dealt to each hand
* Dealer hits on soft 17
* Dealer peeks for blackjack on Ace or ten
* You may Double on any 2 cards
* Splitting after Doubling is permitted
* Re-splitting into a maximum of 4 hands is allowed

*Six decks are used.
*Dealer hits a soft 17.
*Player may double on any 2 cards.
*Player may double after a split.

*Full European no-peek rule. Player loses total amount bet against a dealer blackjack. A benefit of this rule is that the player can switch to a blackjack, even if the dealer has a blackjack.
